SURFboard® Cable Modem SB4200

Overview

Motorola SURFboard® Cable Modem SB4200

With a SURFboard cable modem from Motorola, broadband Internet access is incredibly fast, always on, and always connected. That means no more dial-up, busy signals, or long, late nights downloading Internet homework information!

A great modem for today's broadband Internet, the SB4200 can support up to 32 users -- perfect for your home or small office. It's DOCSIS® 1.0 and 1.1 CableLabs® Certified™.

With Ethernet and USB connectivity, installation couldn't be simpler (just follow these steps (PDF, 734 KB)). And since all data goes through the cable, no extra telephone line is required. A convenient stand-by button provides hassle-free security by disengaging from the PC without disconnecting from the cable network. Troubleshooting is a breeze too, thanks to front panel status indicator LEDs and an online diagnostics page.

User-friendly, convenient, flexible and simple to install, the Motorola SURFboard SB4200 cable modem is a great way to get into the cable pipeline for high-speed Internet access.
